About Tickets

  • Only one person can be admitted per ticket. (one ticket per person is required for all primary school children and older)
  • Preschoolers (children aged five and under) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, and only one preschooler per parent/guardian will be admitted free of charge. To prevent danger, preschoolers are not allowed in the GOLD ticket area and admission to the front of the standing area is prohibited.
    If found, you will be asked to move out of the area.

    Baby strollers are not allowed in the venue for any purpose other than for use with children. Parents/guardians are requested to follow the instructions of the staff, keep an eye on their children, observe good manners, and make sure that their children do not cause trouble for other patrons. Those who do not follow these instructions may be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
    The organizer, venue, and artists will not be responsible for any accidents, incidents, or injuries that may occur inside or outside the venue.
  • As this is a festival event, advanced application for disabled area will not be required. On the day of the event, please inform the staff near the disabled area to be escorted in. Since GOLD ticket area is not wheelchair-accessible, we recommend you purchase a general ticket if you wish to use the disabled area.

  • Tickets are valid only for the dates and venues indicated on the ticket.
  • No changes or cancellations can be made after tickets are purchased.
  • Transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Legal actions will be taken if such acts are discovered. We cannot guarantee admission to the venue for patrons who purchase tickets through other than authorized sales channels such as Viagogo, Ticket Distribution Center, StubHub, Ticket jam etc. There is a possibility of getting into trouble such as fraud as a result of buying and selling on the above websites or between individuals. Please be aware that you may be subject to questioning by police authorities, and in some cases, both the seller and the buyer may be punished.
  • Please note that this is a festival and the performers are subject to change. No refunds will be made due to changes or cancellations of performers. Also, we do not offer any ticket refunds or exchanges for any reason other than cancellation or postponement of the festival, including illness (such as COVID-19, or influenza).
  • Tickets will not be reissued for any reason, such as damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the festival.
  • In the event of unauthorized entry, you will be asked to leave the venue regardless of the reason. We also reserve the right to report the incident to the police and seek compensation for any damages incurred.


Prohibited items

  • Video cameras, professional filming equipment (with interchangeable lenses), telephoto lenses, audio recording devices, action cameras, and any live streaming activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Selfie sticks, long umbrellas, coolers, chairs, mats, glass bottles, cans, plastic bottles, thermoses (including personal bottles), food and beverages, fireworks or other explosive materials, laser pointers, animals (except for service dogs) and any dangerous or illegal items are strictly prohibited. If anyone is found in possession of illegal items, the matter will be immediately reported to the police.
  • Additionally, any items deemed dangerous by the staff will not be permitted into the venue.


Prohibited acts inside and outside the venue

  • Any behavior that causes trouble for other guests, refusal to follow staff instructions, or being excessively intoxicated will be forced to leave the festival and no tickets will be refunded.
  • In case of any accidents or injuries, the involved parties must take all responsibilities. For any problems between the patrons, the event organizers will not become involved or held responsible under no circumstances.
  • Photography using mobile phones or digital cameras is permitted within the venue. However, photographing or recording the performing artists is strictly prohibited.
  • Dangerous acts such as stage diving and moshing are strictly prohibited. While the organizers will make every effort to prevent such behavior, they will not be held responsible for any accidents, incidents, or injuries resulting from these actions.
  • In the arena area, only plastic bottles containing water or soft drinks purchased inside the venue are allowed. However, please do not throw anything toward the stage, as it is extremely dangerous.
  • Do not reserve spaces by placing belongings or food/drinks. Items left unattended for an extended period of time will be considered lost or discarded and will be removed by the organizers.
  • If criminal behavior such as molestation or theft is discovered, the individual will be handed over to the police. If you witness any criminal activity, please report it to the nearest staff.
  • Entry to the festival is strictly prohibited if you are a member of or affiliated with a crime syndicate, other antisocial group, or anyone deemed unsuitable for the atmosphere of the festival.
  • Drop-offs or pick-ups by car are prohibited. Stopping or parking on roads around the venues is not allowed and can lead to serious accidents. Please do not engage in illegal parking or any behavior that causes inconvenience to local residents.
  • Please dispose your garbage in the designated bins.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas (including electronic cigarettes).
  • The use of lighters or matches is strictly prohibited outside of smoking areas.
  • Please do not damage the natural plants or environment surrounding the venue.
  • Please do not camp or sleep overnight in the area around the venue.


Others

  • All guests will be subject to a baggage inspection upon entry.
  • Please take responsibility for your own belongings.
  • The organizers, venue, and artists are not liable for any accidents, theft, injuries, or other incidents that occur in or around the venue.
  • Official merchandise and artist goods sold at the venue are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defective items.
  • Entry and exit restrictions may be implemented in certain areas of the venue without prior notice.
  • Arena area may be separated into sections. Access to each section may be restricted depending on the situation.
  • The festival is on for long hours. Please manage your health accordingly.
  • No compensation will be provided for travel expenses (including cancellation fees) in the event of cancellation, postponement, or delays of the festival.
  • Camera crews for video recording and photography may be present in the venue. Patrons may appear in media or promotional footage that may be used for commercial or promotional purposes.
  • Personal information collected during ticket application will be handled in accordance with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” and related laws.
  • All information provided during the ticket application process will be retained by the event organizers.
